Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Rajni (the "Operator", "we", "us") for the use of Wappo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wappo lets a business link its own WhatsApp number to an automated assistant that greets customers, asks questions, answers common questions with AI, hands conversations to people, books appointments in Google Calendar, stores leads in a CRM, sends alerts and broadcasts, and offers analytics and integrations. Features may change over time. The Service is delivered digitally, immediately on activation; nothing is shipped.

2. Accounts

3. WhatsApp: how it connects, and the risk

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; message people who have not contacted you or agreed to be messaged; break any law, including data-protection, telecom, consumer and marketing laws; harass, threaten or deceive anyone; send illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent or malicious content; collect sensitive data such as card numbers or passwords through the bot; infringe others' rights; attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the Service; resell it without our written permission; or interfere with other users. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where there is a risk of harm.

5. Your responsibilities for your customers

You are responsible for the content you configure (menus, questions, notes, broadcasts), for having a lawful basis and any needed consent to message your customers, for honouring opt-outs (the Service handles STOP automatically), for telling your customers how you use their data, and for the accuracy of facts you give the AI. For personal data of your customers, you decide the purpose and means and we act as your processor under our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated content

Answers and summaries are generated by AI from the information you provide and the customer's message. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check important facts and do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for reviewing your bot's behaviour in the simulator before going live.

7. Plans, free trial and payment

8. Your data

You own your data and content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export contacts and delete your business at any time. We do not claim ownership of your customers' conversations.

9. Our property

The Service, its software, design and branding belong to the Operator or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on providers such as WhatsApp, Google, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, email and hosting providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and an outage or change by a provider may affect the Service.

11. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, and the Service can be affected by events beyond our control. Support is provided by email as described on the contact page.

12. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if non-payment continues beyond the grace period. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that it will meet your needs, generate leads or sales, be uninterrupted, or that WhatsApp will keep allowing this connection method.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, leads, data or goodwill, or for the restriction or loss of a WhatsApp number. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and hold harmless the Operator against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your messages to customers, your breach of these terms or the law, or your use of the Service.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes by email or in the dashboard, and continued use after the change means you accept it. The date above shows the latest version.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator's place of residence in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us first and we will try to resolve any complaint in good faith.
