WappoShipping & Delivery Policy
Wappo is a digital software service operated by Rajni. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges, courier delays or delivery addresses to provide.
How the service is delivered
- Account. You create your account online. Access to the dashboard and your free trial starts immediately after sign-up, at no charge.
- Paid plan. When your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, your plan is activated automatically, usually within a few minutes. There is nothing to download or wait for.
- WhatsApp link. You link your own WhatsApp number yourself by scanning a QR code. We do not ship SIM cards, devices or hardware.
- Receipts. Payment confirmations and receipts are sent to you by the payment provider (Razorpay, PayPal or Stripe) and are listed in your dashboard under Plan & billing.
If your plan does not switch on
If you have paid and your plan is not active within 24 hours, or if you were charged twice, contact us with your account email and the payment reference. We will activate the plan or refund the extra charge as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability
The service is available online worldwide, subject to our Terms & Conditions. Prices are shown in rupees for customers in India and in US dollars elsewhere.
